With over 10 years experience in handling workers' compensation cases, Mr. Robertson will assist you from the moment you are injured through the end, whether that end is through settlement or appeal to the Supreme Court of Mississippi. We will assist you in obtaining all reasonable and necessary medical treatment as well as obtaining temporary or permanent disability benefits. We will prepare and file all necessary documentation with the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission as well as with the insurance company. - Personal injury. We protect the rights of people who have been injured because of the careless or negligent acts of others, focusing our personal injury practice on claims involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites or animal attacks, slips and falls, product liability and nursing home neglect. We will act as your intermediary in all dealings with insurance companies, helping you get full and fair compensation for your losses.
